PLIGHT OF THE INSURGENTS.

The insurgents are petitioning the International Control Commission to restore Turkish rule, or, iu the alternative, to save them from the present Government. They declare they were fired upon when peaceably marching to Durazzo to protest to .the Prince against persecution by his officers. MINISTER’S HASTY EXIT, Vienna, May 29. The Ziet states that the Foreign Office is embittered at the, doings of Italians at Durazzo. Loewenthal, the Austrian Minister, misled by false news, fled, and is unlikely to return. ENTENTE WILL NOT INTERFERE. St. Petersburg, May 29. It is understood that the Entente has agreed not to interfere with Albania’s internal affairs. The Novoe Vremya describes the Prince of Wied’s flight as being as comical as a cheap cinema film. (Received 8.25 a.m.) Scutari, May 29. Several thousand armed Albanians assembled at Alesso and sent messages to Prince William offering their services.
