DOMINION DAIRY SHOW.
THE POULTRY SECTION
Last year the poultry exhibits at the Dominion Dairy Show, held at Hawera were a record, no less than :1()7 entries having been made. Not only was there a record entry, hut the class of poultry exhibited was ot a very superior grade, Stratlord contrilaiting its fair .share tpwards this satisfactory state of allairs. This years show promises to he the equal il not hotter, than that of JDIM, and some vei'v tine birds will be on exhibition. The special prizes for this section are again large (-12), including a lady’s bracelet, for competition by the fair sex. The North Island Poultry, Pigeon end Canary Association has allocated championships lor Colden, Silver and White Wyandottes, the value to the winner in each class being LI DSchedules and all information are obtainable from the secretary, Mr A. M. Conrov, Rox 171, llawera.
