PAMPHLETS FOR THE GIRLS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received 8 a.m.) London, May 21. The Education Board Committee has decided that sex hygiene should not be a class subject, but that pamphlets should be distributed to girls on leaving school.
