Hilda Burkett and Florence Monks were committed for setting fire to the Bath Hotel, Felixstowe. The evidence showed that the women were connected with the Yarmouth pier outrage. Violent scenes occurred in court, the prisoners turning their back on the magistrate. Two wardresses and four policemen were required to keep them in their seats.
