COTTLES’ ACCUSATION.

It appears that while lying in the lane, awaiting the ambulance, though unable to speak, lie wrote jerky sentences on scraps of paper:—‘‘Man cut my throat love with wife man kill mo fire two shots, miss me grab me cut my children’s throats. and mine ” In the hospital Cottles raved all night about a man with a revolver and a razor. The latter was found in a timber yard near by.
