EVILS OF NIGHT CLUBS.

Tho Saint Pancras justice is appealing to the Homo Secretary to place tho usual publichouso restrictions upon night clubs, which wrought incalculable harm. With twenty-three fewer licenses in the district there was a fifty per cent, increase in drunkenness.
