PROPOSED NEW DELHI.
COST OF THE CHANCE. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright} Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received 8 a.m.) London, May 12. Lord Curzon, in the House of Lords, insisted that a new Delhi would cost sixteen, not six millions, and would take ten years to build, while it would dislocate the administrative system of India. Earl Crewe assured the House that the cost would not exceed six millions. Lord Hardinge was confident the change would be found to be an advantage to the administration.
