The Government- Meteorologist (Rer D. O. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, hut easterly moderate winds prevailing. There is a prospect of fair weather. The night will probably be very cold with frosts inland. Barometer little movement.
