BRAVE ATTEMPTS AT RESCUE. [Psn Press Association, i Fox ton, May 2. At the inquest held this morning touching the death of William ’I cviotdalo, the Coroner returned a verdict that deceased was drowned while attempting to save the boy Morgan’s life. Deceased was a married man, |() years of age, and was in charge of the New Zealand Shipping Coy’s, stores. The Coroner commended the action of the young man Guy Edwards, who went to the rescue of Teviotdale and Morgan, and said he would bring his action under the notice of the Royal Humane Society.
