ROBBERY ON A TRAIN.
MAN BOUND AND DRUGGED.
1 By Electric Telegraph—Copyright [United Press Association.l (Received 9.40 a.m.) London, May 3. Tho police are enquiring into a mysterious robbery on the FaistonManchcster express. Solomon Azencot. a Portuguese gentleman, was found in an'unconscious condition in a sleeping compartment, with his wrists bound by a scarf and a drugbottle near by. He states that deeds relating to land in Northern America valued at £30,000 were stolen. It is suspected that the thieves dropped off tho train when slowing down at Stockport.
