TROUBLE IN COLORADO.
ANTI-ROCKEFELLER FEELING. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright [United Press Association.] New York, May 2. Ten thousand “Industrial Workers of the World” held a demonstration in Union Square. Tho police charged several times, and many were inpured. The picketing of Rockefeller’s residence continues. Mr Upton Sinclair has been released, as the fine was paid. Mr Rockefeller is keeping secluded at his country residence. THE VERDICT AT THE INQUEST. New York, May 3. The jury on the inquest on the Ludlow tent disaster, returned a verdict that the mine guards or the militiamen started the fire which caused the women’s and children’s deaths. An open verdict was returned in the case of seven killed in the battle with the mine guards.
