BRITAIN'S. HEALTH RESORTS. London, May 2. v The House oi Commons, on the Health Resort and Watering Places Bill, discussed the value of advert ising. The Bill empowers councils to expend the maximum penny of rates on advertising the attractions of their districts. The lit. Hon H. L. Samuel (L.i, Yorkshire, opposed this on the-ground that if all resorts advertised all would be in the same position. The Hon. H. L. W.
