New York, April 30. Private advices from Mexico City announce that Dr. Ryan, an American, has been imprisoned and is about to be executed as a spy. The State Department is taking action. The South American Republics are asking their European Ministers to bring before the European Governments the necessity for friendly cooperation to secure peace in Mexico.
