QUESTION OF BRIDGE-BUILD ING
Sir, —I have„ been asked to state whether or not I am prepared to support the erection of the bridge mentioned by Mr King in his address on Friday evening. In reply to the question, I wish to say that I am not prepared to say outright that I would support the erection of the bridge, but would, if t|ie matter was brought before the Council, consider the proposition on its merits.; —I am, etc., W.
