The Triple Entente.
"ITS PACSFSCSST TASK." FRENCH MINISTER'S VIEW. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.; (Received 8/25 a.m.) London, April 17. At Paris, M. Pichon (.Minister of Foreign Aifairs), commenting on M. Lavisho's letter, ' says that the Entente is united by deeper reasons and more natural feelings than those linking the Triple Alliance, but the Entente, in order to fulfil its Pacificist task efficiently, requires a constant exchange of views, a definite agreement and complete cohesion. "RUSSIA'S CORDIAL SUPPORT." St. Petersburg, April 17. The Novoe Vremya says the Entente sayed European peace in the Balkan crisis, and deserves Russia's cordial support. The Retch declares the Entente should not be transformed into an Alliance, but should be more diligently turned to account.
