At the Scoutmasters’ Conference at Manchester, Lady Baden-Powell advocated the appointment of women scoutmasters. Sir Robert had admitted originally that ho did not want women in the movement, but since then he had been converted in bis opinion. Ladies had forced themselves into men’s lives somehow.
