ORANGE BLOSSOMS.
A DOUBLE WEDDING. The weather was far from favorable this afternoon for the double wedding which was solemnised at St. Andrew's church, but the sun shone out as the newlv-wedded couples left the church to the strains of Mendelssohn’s “Wedding March.” There were a large number of friends of the parties present, and the choir rendered an anthem. The contracting parties were Mr Norman R. Sanson, eldest son of Mr Henry Sanson, of Flint Road, and Miss Elsie R. Morison, eldest daughter of Mr R. McK. Morison, and Mr Alexander Patrick, late of Falkirk. Scotland, and Miss Blanche Morison, second daughter of Mr Morison. Mr Edgar Sanson acted as best man to his brother, and his bride was attended by her’ cousin, Miss Grant, of Now Plymouth. Mr Patrick was attended by Mr H. W. Douglas, Miss Smith, of Auckland, cousin of the In ide, acting as bridesmaid. The Rev. J. Pattiso.i performed the ceremony. A reception, at which a large number of friends were present, was afterwards held at the residence of the brides’ parents.
