DISCOVERY OF A COMET.
OUTSIDE THE EARTH'S ORBIT. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! [United Press Association.] (Received 8.0 a.m.) Berlin, April 2. A comet has been discovered near the star Delta Ophinchi. It rises at ten o'clock in the evening, and is outside the orbit of the earth.
