There is increasing tension between Roumania and Austria over the treatment of Roumanians vol Transylvania, and Austria's Balkan war policy. A meeting of public men in Bucharest violently attacked Austria. An officer urged youth to be prepared to march on Transylvania. There is a significant decrease of Roumania's anti-Russian feeling.
