Inman has 'scored 15,000 and Reece 11,447. CRICKET. NORTH v. SOUTH TARANAKI. The match between the representatives of North and South Taranaki was concluded on the New Plymouth sports ground yesterday, South Taranaki winning by 131 runs. In their first innings South Taranaki made 222 —Dunlop 74, Penny 55, Pratt 52. Bain took one wicket for 40 runs, Osborne seven for 75, Foreman one for ten, and McGie one for eleven. In their second innings they made 111.—Cave 22, Blamires 19, Walker 18, Dunlop 15. The wickets weiv taken as follows:—Bain one for 21, Osborne one for 23, Nicoll eight for 26. North Taranaki’s first innings netted 108— Bewley 28, McGie 14, Bain 13/ Lash 12. Dunlop took seven wickets tor 50 runs, Blamires one for 31, McLeod two for 10. Their second innings total was 96—Osborne 23, Lash 22, Sarten 15. The-wickets were taken as follows :—Dunlop two for 27, Smith one for 10, Penny four for 12, McLeod one for 13, Cave two for 4.
