MONTHLY MEETING. At the monthly meeting of the Taranaki Land Board on Wednesday, there were present: Messrs G. H. Bullard (Commissioner), J. Heslop, J. .Evan, J. Rattenhury, and A. Coxhead. TRANSFERS. Applications for permission to transfer were dealt with as follow: E. Brocklebank to R. McCluggage, 'section 3, Block V., Mahoe.—Approved. T. B. Tragic and E. S. Mo watt to E. S. L. Mowat, section 6, Block XVT., Pouatu. Dissolution of partnership.—Approved. W. H. Collett to Jas. Duffy, section 29, Block 1., Tangitu. A revival of a former application to transfer to Jas. Duffy and J. H. Brown.—Approved.
W. H, McAsey to Thos. Pearse, section G, Block XV., Upper Waitara. —Approved, C. Handley to W. P. Jones, section 8, Block VI., Upper Waitara.' — Approved.
Mrs A. M, Hederson to J. Mcl. R. Lockhead, section' 24, Block XVI., Huiroa, and section 25, Block XVI., Huiroa (Clandon Settlement). —Suspended for three pionths, to give the lessee an opportunity to acquire the freehold. G. M. Smith to James Jackson, section 11, Block XV., Ngatimaru, a revival of a former application.— Approved. Mortgagee of C. McPhee to B. Newstrowski, section 8, Block X., Mahoe. —Approved. T. Nash to Thomas Godkin, sections 5 and 6, Block XIII.; 8, Block XIII., and 5, Block VIX., Mahoe.— Approved.
James Pederson to Mrs M. M. Passau, section 7, Block 111., Upper Waitara.—Refused, a reasonable time to he given to the proposed transferee, who is also the mortgagee, to find a purchaser who will reside.
