SWITZERLAND'S TARIFF. [By Electric Telegraph—4jopybight? [United Presb Association.] (Received 10.55 a.m.) London, March 12. Switzerland is reverting to a twenty* five franc tariff on frozen meat in "April. 'wool sales. New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following cablegram from ; their London house under date 10th March, 1914:
As compared with last sales, closing rates prices are higher about to 10 per cent, merino scoured, greasy 'merino super, lambs merino, . greasy '-merino medium, scoured crossbred, •greasy merino inferior and higher about 10 per cent crossbred lambs, crossbred slipe and gerasy crossbred. The competition continues spirited and America is operating freely.
