Non-militant .suffragettes tried to interview Mr Asquith, who refused to rec?ive them, whereupon they held a meeting in Parliament Place. Six were arrested. FINED FOR DOG-WHIPPING. (Received 10.15 a.m.) London, February 25. Mary Lindsay was fined 40s for dogwhipping Justice Weardall.
