CANADA’S PROHIBITIVE BILL. I Bt Electric Telegraph—Copyright i Times— Sydney Sun Special Cables. (Received 8.0 a.m.) Ottawav, February 24. A Bill Ii as been introduced into Parliament prohibiting the export of oil in times of emergency at the instance ol tin' Admiralty in order to preserve it for the use of the fleet in the event of war.
