TEN LIVES LOST IN THE BAY OF BISCAY. [Bx Electric Telegraph—Copyright; [United Press Association.] (Received 11.30 a.m.) Paris, February 24. The Danish steamer Ekliptika, hound from the Tyne to Gaglieari, foinStlered in a gale in the Bay of Biscay. Eleven were rescued and ten, including the captain, were drowned.
