MELVILLE CASE SETTLED. XBt Electric Telegraph—Copyright j [UNi'i'En Prerr Association.l (Received 11.30 a.in.) London, February 24. Tbe petition in the Melville divorce case has been withdrawn. The parties agreed to a deed of separation. Platt and Fitzwilliam will testify to-morrow denying the allegations.
