"TIMES" v. "DOMINION." [Per Press Association.] Wellington, February 20. The Chief Justice the defendants' summons for interrogatories in the libel action "New Zealand Times" v. "Dominion," after counsel for plaintiff had amended the statement of claim by striking out the alternative cause of action, thus leaving the question to be determined on a claim for general damages.
