In the Supreme Court, a young mar- \ ried mail named Sydney Hall, a waiter i on the railway dining-car, was found guilty of indecent assault on males at [ Ohakune. The jury added a recom- | nieudation that accommodation should be provided for railway cadets at stopover stations, so that each might have a separate,bedroom. David Mcnzics, alias Breen, aged | 'SO, was found guilty or attempted ; ! carnal know ledge of a girl under 12 , years of age. A similar charge was | : 'preferred against William Birch, a married man, and a verdict of guilty ! was returned. » 'All the accused were ; remanded till to-morrow for sentence. j
