London, February 17. v Mr Bonar Law (Leader of the Opposition) has writento Mr Wilson, Unionist condidate for Bethnal Green, stating that the Insurance Act had proved a colossal blunder. If the * Unionists were returned, he would appoint a non-political impartial committee to consider the whole principle of the Act, and also as to whether the voluntary system was desirable.
