New York, February 15. A severe snowstorm is raging along the north-east coast of the upper Hudson Valley. The snow lies two feet deep, and the transportation systemß are everywhere dislocated. Seventeen deaths are reported. A gale with the temperature below zero is adding to the suffering. {
