GHENT v. FITZGERALD.

Ghent summoned Mrs Fitzgerald for striking him in the street in Stockwell. [These were the parties in a notorious case last month, when the Rev. Ghent sued Mr Fitzgerald for libel, in connection with accusations of impropriety with Mrs Fitzgerald at a jumble sale and on other occasions.] TO KEEP THE PEACE. (Received 11.40 a.m.) London, February 12. In tlie Rev. Ghent case defendant Fitzgerald was bound over to keep the peace.
