It is understood that the King has requested Sir John Anderson, Permanent Under-Secretary in the Colonial Department, to draw up preliminary plans for the Prince of Wales’ and Prince Albert’s tour of the Dominions. it is expected that a year will he allotted to the tour, which will commence in the autumn of 1915. Australia will be visited first and then New Zealand, Canada, and probably the United States. AN AUTHORITATIVE DENIAL. (Received 12.30 p.m.) London, February 12. Reuter on the highest authority denies that the Princes are making a colonial tour.
