Edward Harrington was reitiied at the Supreme Court to-day on the charge of participating in a riot in Waterloo Quay on October 30. Last week a jury disagreed, and to-day another jury found Harrington not guilty. DUNEOEN SESSIGNS. Dunediu, February 9. At the Supreme Court to-day, Wi'liam Sinclair was acquitted on a charge of committing an indecent assault on a girl of I{s years of age, near Alexandra. Thomas Drain, an old man, was acquitted on a charge of indecently assaulting a gitfl of seven years at Balclutha.
