To-night’s series will introduce a memorable film and historical record of Scott’s dash to the Pole, which was filmed on the spot by the eminent photographic expert, Mr Herbert G. Pouting, F.R.G.S., who accompanied the Expedition. It is a record of the deeds done by these noble inen, depicting the notable results achiev-
ed. They reached .the'Role on the 17th January, 1912, but later gave up their lives In the cause of Science, i bis picture shows part of the splendid legacy left behind them to the nations. This special feature film will be screened on Saturday after-
noon at 2.30, as a special performance
for country folks. It is such a remarkable and inspiring picture that everyone living under the British (lag should not miss seeing it.
