Thomas MacKenzie. speaking at the Anglo-Saxon Club, pleaded for greater co-ordination of effort on Imperial questions. He complained of the too great toll levied or. raising loans, and he contended that Oversea transit and mail service required recasting because Dominion preferences were nullified by our trade competitors and shipping subsidies.
