WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE.
THE POSITION IN U.S.A. [By electric telegraph—Copyright; [United Press Association.] (Received 11.5 a.m.) 'Washington, February 2. A delegation of women suffragettes interviewed President Wilson, demanding the establishment of a committee on Women's Suffrage as a preliminary move necessary to secure consideration of the question in the House of Representatives.
President Wilson assured them that h was unable to act owing to his party not having incorporated suffrage as a plank in their platform.
