United Kingdom, British Possessions, United States, Chili, Costa Rica, Egypt, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Pago Pago, Paraguay, Portugal, snd Portuguese Colouies, Siam, Servia, and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof; all other places 2)d for the lirst oz. or fraction thereof, and IJd for each succeeding oz. or fraction thereof.
Post Cards.—lnland, single, id ; reply, Id; all other places, single, ,Id : reply 2d. j Printed Papers (including Bboks and Magazines, not registered).—All places, id per 2oz. Magazines (registered), inland, id for every Boz. or 'Taction thereof. Foreign, id per 2oz. >r fraction thereof. One end must be left open. Charges—At exchanges continuousopen—Business establishments, £7 ; private residences, £5 per annum. Exchanges not continuously open, an equal charge of £5. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open ill day and all night. The other Ex changes chiefly from 9 a.tu. to 5 p.m.
