HALF-WITTED MAN ARRESTED.

The Crown Prince was leaving his residence to enter a motor car when a man ran up to the sentry and seized and pushed the sentry about. He was kept until the police arrived and arrested him. It was discovered that lie was ' a half-witted Jewish tailor who alleges he is the Crown Prince's brother. The newspapers suggest that he had murderous intentions.
