BOARDING-HOUSE DESTROYED.

Palmerston January
A big boarding-house at the Mirauni flaxmill, Miakerua, was totally destroyed by lire at 2 o’clock this morning. The insurances were: CI OO on the building in the Royal office, and £650 on the stock and furniture and two billiard tables, but the office is not ascertainable. There is a heavy loss over the insurance. The building was the property of A. and L. Seifert and Co. The furniture belonged to Rowlc.v, caterer.
