The Herald, in a leader making an appeal for the assistance of the Aiwh’yrn sufferers, expresses sympathy with Dr. Bowie and the Presbyterian Church, particularly the New Zealand committee under whom Bowie conducted the work, for his loss of the hospital and all the valuable data gathered through many years of close observation.
