Owing to the occurrence of cases of smallpox iu the Lower Waikato tke District Health Officer has found it
necessary to again resume the restrictions on Natives travelling by'rail and in other public conveyances in the Wftikatci hospital district. Before being permitted to travel Natives must produce a certificate of successful vaccination.
