THE JAPANESE BUDGET.
NEW NAVAL PROGRAMME.

The Budget provides for a new naval programme. Sixteen million will be spirit in seven years. The naval appropriation for the current year has been increased by 3$ million, and irmv vote decreased by seven millions.
