PLIGHT OF THE UNFORTUNATES [By Electric telegraph—Oopyright HJKiTwn Press Association-' , (Received 8.0 a.m.) New York, January 14. The city lias been swept by a blizzard. Thousands are homeless and are begging for shelter at the Municipal lodging houses, which are already overcrowded.
