THE ZABERN INCIDENT.
VON REUTER CONGRATULATED. By Eleutric 'l'ei^okaph —CopYßrGirr; [United Press Association.! Berlin, January 13. Colonel Von Reuter lias received 1500 congratulatory telegrams and letters. The Kaiser has summoned Count Wedel to a conference on the situation at Zabern. The Radicals threaten to make bitter demonstrations in the Reichstag unless the orders dated 1820, whereby Von Renter was justified, are declared no longer in force.
