In, the motor customs case, Kauffnan, of Melbourne, and Combe, of Port Adelaide, shipping agents, gave Jarmal evidence that Houghton was ormerly in Tozer Kemsley's employ. The prosecution's last witness iden;ified a number of initials and' signatures to the documents that had been put in. The case was adjourned till Monday.
