In the Sydney wool sales, competition was exceptionally animated and prices the best this week. Best sons showed fully 5 per cent, advance, and other descriptions were 2$ to 5, per cent, above the December rates. Faulty sorts were unaltered. Greasy brought up to l-IJd, and scoured to 22.U1.
