WEST COAST MINERS RESUME. [Per Press Association.] Westport, December 21. In accordance with the result of the secret ballot, the great majority of the Dennis ton miners, headed by a band, marched to the Company’s office this morning and entered their names as applicants for employment in the mine under the Arbitration Act. It was freely announced that some men at three mines in this district will not he re-engaged.

The number of members of the old Waterside Union for whom, there is no work are leaving l the district.
