The Government Meteorologist (Rev 1). C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows: The indications are tor land and sea breezes with westerly moderate to strong winds prevailing. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with warm and sultry eondi+ious. Barometer little movement at present.
