During a family quarrel a man named Kimmerlen, of Oberstenfeld, Wurtemburg, stabbed his wife, father-in-law, two sisters-in-law, and a brother-in-law severely. The quarrel was due to Kimmerlen's drunkenness and violence, which led his wife to seek a divorce: "When she refused to be reconciled, Kimmerlen broke into his father-in-law's house armed with a gun and a hammer. He struck down his relatives ,as he went to his wife's bedroom. After shooting his wife he went to the house, of his brother-in-law, who received eighteen shot wounds in the chest. ,
