PICKETS at the cemeteries,

The Leeds Corporation’s special strike committee, on which Labor is not represeptcd/ notified that strikers not returning to work to-night will be dismissed. A result of this ultimatum was that the, fr|upway men Resumed oh condition that there shall be no victimisation.
The striker’s are indignant at the defection of the tramway men, particularly as 300 working corporation, contractors w.ere called out.
The posting of pickets at the municipal cemeteries to prevent volunteers from preparing graves, has deeply offended the public. Many ladies volunteered to prepare food for men maintaining the public service.
